Babelway is a simple and fast online tool to connect multiple
applications, internal or external
It supports a large
range of connection needs, including all usual communication protocols and all
data transformation requirements. It provides rich management mechanisms,
including monitored infrastructure, quality assurance, alert notifications,
update management and detailed usage activity reporting. One of its most useful
characteristics is that a new exchange flow (called “channel” in Babelway) can
be created from any other flow made by any other Babelway user, saving days and
weeks in information gathering and development efforts.
Babelway includes 3 major components:
The Messaging Engine :
a
suite of infrastructure and software components that route, transform,
monitor, notify and measure data traffic flowing in and
out. | The Self-Service :
this is the web-based
console used to design mappings and data transformation rules, to securely
manage authorisation accesses, to set up individual hub parameters, to
handle exceptions and track messages and to follow-up usage
statistics. | The catalogue :
this is the
repository of all channels and their individual configurations created by
Babelway users and available for
cloning.
